Christmas in January? C’mon, Get Real

My Happy new year is rather late, but I am going to wish you all a happy new year still and I didn’t even get to wish you a merry Christmas. If you know me well, you should guess by now…yes I purposely stayed away during the holidays. And yes it is because I have a large heart and I wanted you to enjoy the time with your families. If I ventured to rant, chances are you will be giving me all the attention and your families would turn on poor old me.

So the Ranter is back for good, but I can’t say the same for my writing. I think I am fed up with all the enjoyment, so it is time to face my blogging fetish and make a success of it. Tope Rants is about to take a turn for the better. As you all know I have basically carved out a niche for myself when it comes to teaching the nitty-gritty of blogging and how to monetize your blog. Within this same brain, there is that part that loves to talk about my country, Nigeria and all that goes wrong in it. My rants are centered around what is RIGHT about it too (There is no place like home). You can skip the sarcastic look jare. Then there is the story teller and poet somewhere in there too. Folks are suggesting I split up this entire charade into individual sites, and others think it is better to have all in one location.

After giving it much thought, I decided to still maintain only one site (Lazy me), but I would work on my categories, so you know exactly where to go when you are looking for something. I am still playing with the idea of giving the story teller her own individual site, but you never know. Oh, just in case you haven’t noticed, my site actually had a makeover. I would really like to hear your thoughts on it. Did I do a good job or not?

 I intend to do a full launch of the site pretty soon, so I will keep you posted.

 By the way, life outside blogging sucks. Trust me, I was away for so long and it seemed like nothing was moving. When I started typing I felt a rush!

Update on my e-book.It is going to be out before January is over, so look out for it….not so fast, it January 31st…did you think I was going to let you go that easy?
